Prenotazioni
Posso prenotare una piazzola o una casa mobile specifica?
No. È possibile indicare una preferenza e la direzione farà il possibile per soddisfarla compatibilmente con le esigenze organizzative.
Come si prenota una casa mobile o una piazzola?
Casa mobile: prenotazione online selezionando le date e completando la procedura. Piazzola: compilare il modulo di richiesta; a seguire invieremo un preventivo con le info per la conferma.
Quali sono gli orari di check-in e check-out?
Case mobili: check-in dalle 17:00 (con accesso ai servizi in attesa dell’alloggio), check-out entro le 10:00.
Piazzole: check-in dalle 12:00, check-out entro le 11:00.

Sì. Ci sono anche fontanelle lungo ogni strada della struttura.
È possibile parcheggiare l’auto in piazzola o accanto alla casa mobile?
No. È consentito entrare con il veicolo solo per carico/scarico nei giorni di arrivo e partenza. Il parcheggio (incustodito) è prima della sbarra, vicino alla Reception. Carrelli a disposizione per trasporto durante il soggiorno.
È possibile entrare e uscire dal villaggio durante la notte?
Sì: il passaggio pedonale all’ingresso e il parcheggio sono sempre aperti.
È obbligatorio indossare il braccialetto di riconoscimento?
Sì. Consegnato in Reception, va indossato in modo visibile come riconoscimento per lo staff e per un miglior servizio.
Bisogna indossare la cuffia in piscina?
No, non è necessario.
Sono ammessi visitatori?
Sì. Devono presentarsi in Reception con gli ospiti, lasciare un documento e pagare la tariffa prevista. La Direzione può limitare o negare l’accesso in determinati periodi.
Accettate minorenni?
No, non accettiamo minorenni non accompagnati. È necessario un genitore che pernotti con loro. Non sono accettate deleghe o autorizzazioni.

We do not rent fridges, but nearby storage facilities offer this service. Contact information is available at reception or during booking.
Mobile Homes
Can I rent bathroom linen?
Yes, €7.00 per set (face, bath, and guest towel).
Are mobile homes equipped with appliances?

Can I book a specific pitch or mobile home?
No. You can express a preference, and management will do its best to accommodate it according to organizational needs.
How do I book a mobile home or pitch?
Mobile home: book online by selecting dates and completing the procedure. Pitch: fill out the request form; we will then send you a quote and confirmation details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Mobile homes: check-in from 5:00 PM (services available while waiting for accommodation), check-out by 10:00 AM.
Pitches: check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

Do you have washing machines and dryers?
Yes, near the market. Operated via QR code or direct payment.
Are gluten-free meals available?
Gluten-free meals can be requested; however, the kitchen is not separate and the facility is not AIC certified, so total absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Is the water on site drinkable?
Yes. There are also drinking fountains along each road of the property.
Can I park my car on the pitch or next to the mobile home?
No. Vehicles may enter only for loading/unloading on arrival and departure days. The (unguarded) parking area is before the gate, near Reception. Carts are available for transport during your stay.
Can guests enter or exit the village during the night?
Yes: the pedestrian gate at the entrance and the parking area are always open.
Is wearing the identification bracelet mandatory?
Yes. Delivered at Reception, it must be worn visibly for staff identification and better service.
Is a swimming cap required in the pool?
No, it’s not required.
Are visitors allowed?
Yes. They must check in at Reception with the guests, leave an ID, and pay the applicable fee. Management may restrict or deny access during certain periods.
Do you accept minors?
No, unaccompanied minors are not accepted. A parent must stay with them overnight. Delegations or authorizations are not accepted.

Wie sind die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten?

Glutenfreie Mahlzeiten können auf Anfrage zubereitet werden. Die Küche ist jedoch nicht getrennt und die Anlage ist nicht AIC-zertifiziert, daher kann keine vollständige Kontaminationsfreiheit garantiert werden.
Ist das Wasser auf dem Gelände trinkbar?
Ja. Entlang jeder Straße der Anlage gibt es Trinkwasserbrunnen.
Darf ich das Auto auf dem Stellplatz oder neben dem Mobilheim parken?
Nein. Fahrzeuge dürfen nur zum Be- und Entladen an An- und Abreisetagen auf das Gelände fahren. Der (nicht bewachte) Parkplatz befindet sich vor der Schranke, in der Nähe der Rezeption. Wagen stehen für den Transport während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.
Kann man das Gelände nachts betreten oder verlassen?
Ja: Der Fußgängerzugang am Eingang und der Parkplatz sind immer geöffnet.
Ist das Tragen des Erkennungsarmbandes Pflicht?
Ja. Das Armband wird an der Rezeption ausgegeben und muss sichtbar getragen werden, damit das Personal Sie erkennen kann und der Service verbessert wird.
Ist eine Badekappe im Pool erforderlich?
Nein, sie ist nicht erforderlich.
Sind Besucher erlaubt?
Ja. Besucher müssen sich zusammen mit den Gästen an der Rezeption melden, einen Ausweis hinterlegen und die entsprechende Gebühr bezahlen. Die Direktion kann den Zutritt in bestimmten Zeiten einschränken oder verweigern.
Werden Minderjährige akzeptiert?
Nein, unbegleitete Minderjährige werden nicht akzeptiert. Ein Elternteil muss mit ihnen übernachten. Vollmachten oder Genehmigungen werden nicht akzeptiert.
